2.3 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. q1111 reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided. It is your responsibility to notify support immediately if any of your details change.
2.4 Account Security
Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify q1111 support immediately. Sharing your password or allowing third-party access to your account is strictly prohibited.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on q1111: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 for each method.
- Funds must be sent only from your own account.
- Deposits from a third party's name or account are not accepted.
- If a deposit is not completed, send proof of the transaction to support.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from your account:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to your own mobile banking or bank account.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
New members on q1111 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:
- A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required.
- The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn: you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.
- Wagering will be calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
The following general rules apply to all types of bonuses and promotions:
- A bonus is applicable to one account only.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
- If multiple accounts are opened to take advantage of bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled.
- q1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- Rules for using bonuses on specific games or categories may be set separately.
4.3 VIP Program
q1111's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher tier through continued active play. q1111's decision regarding VIP cashback payments is final.
Games & Betting Rules
5.1 Game Operations
All games on q1111 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes and prize distribution are determined by the rules of the relevant game provider. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
5.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows you to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Please keep the following in mind:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- In the event of a dispute over a result, q1111's decision is final.
- q1111 reserves the right to investigate if unusual betting patterns are detected.
5.3 Technical Issues
q1111 will not be held liable if a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, server issues, or any other technical reason. However, the support team will assist with any bets affected by such issues.
Prohibited Activities
6.1 Unacceptable Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on q1111. Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure:
- Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems or software.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
- Colluding with other players to gain bonus or prize advantages.

6.2 Bonus Abuse
